Paul has been a field instructor for ten years with the Shikari Tracking Guild and contributed to the writing of the Shikari Tracker Training Program and the Kamana Naturalist Training Program. He currently spends most of his time exploring the coastal hills as a field biologist, where he radio-collars pumas for a mountain lion project with the University of Santa Cruz, California.
